- Any content submitted to and/or through www.hurricanestories.com is irrevocably assigned in entire right title and interest to Aquaivia,
- Aquaivia has the right to edit, modify and otherwise create derivative works of any content submitted to and/or through www.hurricanestories.com
- Aquaivia has the right to not post or not post any material at its own discretion,
- The submitter understands and acknowledges that Aquaivia will not under any circumstances have any obligation to pay or in any other way compensate any submitter for any submission.
- That any and all submitted content is original content created by the submitter and that the submitter warrants that the content not infringing on the intellectual property rights of any other party in any way.
- That the submitter warrants that the submitted content is not infringing any intellectual property of any other party and that the submitter indemnifies Aquaivia for any and all damages which might result from any infringement action based upon the submitters submitted content.
- That the submitter warrants that any submitted content contains no pornography or otherwise offensive content.
